The day before day 1

I am writing this blog as a daily public discipline project involving weight, drinking, and pages written. I will be tracking these events and posting results in the evening. I don't expect anyone to read them or comment on them. I will begin this project tomorrow, Monday, Sept. 19. There is absolutely nothing special about the date other than one must begin sometime. Otherwise, procrastination takes over.
